01/08/2005 (Agence Europe) -The German company Grüner+Jahr, which is part of the Bertelsmann group, and the Croatian company Vecerniji List, which belongs to the Austrian company Styria Medien, have been given authorisation to create a joint company, to be known as JV. Both companies will transfer the magazine-format publishing owned by Vecerniji, and various publishing rights on several other titles in the Croatian language. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
