17/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the go-ahead to the US investment fund Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners and the company, Europe Reality Holding Pte. Ltd based in Singapore to acquire joint ownership of the British company IHG Portfolio. This operation was approved according to simplified examination procedures.
