10/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the end of April, the Institut Français des Administrateurs, the British Institute of Directors and the Belgian Association des Administrateurs inaugurated the European Confederation of Directors' Associations (ECODA). Presided by Daniel Lebègue of French nationality, the current administrator of Alcatel and Crédit Agricole SA, the confederation will represent, in Brussels, the positions of company administrators on corporate governance and subjects relating to corporate law. The Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs and the Spanish Istituto de Consejeros-Administradores are expected to join ECODA in the near future.
