10/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's decision of 29 April which dismisses certain spending by Member States from Community financing under the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), section “Guarantee”, is published in the Official Journal L-112 of 3 May 2005. The Commission demands recovery of EUR 277.25 million in spending considered unlawful, including EUR 134 million in the hemp and flax sector in Spain (see details in EUROPE 8939).
