Brussels, 06/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The extraordinary General Affairs and External Relations Council in Brussels on Friday, convened to coordinate EU aid to the tsunami-struck countries of South-East Asia and consider all avenues for improving the EU's response to such disasters in the future, marks a first in terms of the speed of organisation and the fact it will be attended by officials form outside the EU.
