Brussels, 03/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, Louis Michel, welcomes in a press release the conclusions reached on Sunday after talks between North and South Sudan, allowing for a peace agreement to be signed, on 9 January in Nairobi, between the Sudanese government and the Sudanese People's Liberation Movement/Army (the agreement was negotiated in Naivasha, Kenya).
