30/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the joint acquisition of the German company Aral Wärme Service GmbH, which operates in the distribution of heating fuel, by Deutsche BP AG (part of BP) and OKTAN Mineralöl-Vertrieb GmbH (BMW). The move, which was notified on 27 May 2004, was examined under the simplified procedure.
