Twenty-Five adopt constitutional treaty but are unable to agree on who will be future Commission president - Irish Presidency to convene another meeting

Brussels, 20/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Faces were stern as European Council President Bertie Ahern and the Presidents of the Commission, Romano Prodi, and Parliament, Pat Cox, announced on Friday 18 June around 23h00 that the Twenty-Five had come to an agreement on the constitutional treaty.
