24/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - In the conclusions adopted on Monday in Brussels, the Council of Ministers of the European Union condemned the massacre of 192 civilians by the Lord's Resistance Army on 21 February in Barlonya in the North of Uganda. The Council has requested EU mission chiefs in Kampala to provide it with a report on the situation.
