24/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - Al previously announced (EUROPE 21 February p 4), the External Relations Council on Monday decided without debate to extend the visa ban on 17 members of the self-proclaimed breakaway republic of Transnistria (Moldova), including its president. This ban, which expires 26 February 2004 has therefore been extended till 27 February 2005.
