24/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - As previously announced (EUROPE 14 February p 15), the Justice and Home Affairs Council of 19 February adopted a political agreement obtained by the Transport Council in December on the draft regulation amending Regulation 95/93 on common rules for allocating slots in Community airports.
