24/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, WTO arbitrators accepted the EU's request for permission to impose sanctions against the United States, for failing to conform to the Organisation's ruling, in 2000, condemning the Anti-dumping Act of 1916 (see EUROPE of 17 February, p.16).
