GE sells Spacelabs to OSI, as required by Commission

Brussels, 06/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The American company OSI Systems Incorporated has officially announced the acquisition of Spacelabs, the subsidiary specialised in individual monitors belonging to the Finnish medical instruments company, Instrumentarium, for the sum of $57 million cash.
