06/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Andrei Denisov, Russian vice minister for foreign affairs has been appointed to on of the vice president posts at the Energy Charter Conference, the organisation of 51 countries promoting energy co-operation. Mr Denisov, who has been selected for this post in 2004, will work alongside Kazuyuli Katayama, vice president of the Conference since November 2002.
