06/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - European Commission communication of 19 December 2003 on calculating the Community's average share of the electricity market was published in Official Journal C321 on 31 December. According to calculations carried out by the Commission, this share will rise to 34.76% and be applicable from 1 January to 1 July 2004.
