Brussels, 05/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - European Council President Bertie Ahern is to hold a meeting with the CFSP High Representative, Javier Solana, in Dublin on 8 January, after the traditional meeting at the beginning of each EU Council Presidency with the full European Commission, on the same day.
On 8 January, Javier Solana will present Europe's security strategy to the National Forum on Europe chaired by Senator Maurice Hayes, at Dublin Castle, a press release states. It is announced that the High Representative will also evoke the provisions of the draft European Constitution concerning EU foreign policy, defence and security.
