04/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - Spanish deputy prime minister Mariano Rajoy announced on Friday that a donor conference for the rebuilding of Iraq will be held in Spain in the autumn. Following an initial preparatory meeting in New York in June, a second preparatory meeting is scheduled for September.
