29/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European-Africa Reflection Centre on the Prevention of Conflicts and International Crises, set up last June in Dakar (Senegal), has just recommended the setting up of a Euro-African rapid deployment force. The reflection centre brings together diplomats, experts and the military from both Europe and Africa.
