France's RENAULT is to buy up 38% of Morocco's SOMACA - SOCIETE MAROCAINE DE CONSTRUCTION AUTOMOBILE for 95 million dirhams (EUR 8.7 million) which will make RENAULT SOMACA's main shareholder, alongside Italy's FIAT (20%) and France's PEUGEOT (20%).
