Israel group ELCOBRANDT will be buying up 75,5% of capital in the Chinese household appliances group HEFEI RONGSHIDA - 50.5% belonged to the US company MAYTAG and 25% by the Haifa council. The total amount of the deal is around USD 20 and 30 million.
