01/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Spanish Socialist Anna Miranda de Lage is returning to the European Parliament to replace Carlos Westendorp who resigned following his election as an MP for the Madrid region. Another Spaniard, Luis Berenguer, is taking over from Carlos Westendorp as President of the EP's Transport Committee.
