30/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to the latest Eurostat estimates published on Tuesday, the EU15 external current account recorded a surplus of EUR 15.8 billion in the fourth quarter of 2002, compared with a surplus of EUR 9.6 billion in the fourth quarter of 2001 and a surplus of EUR 22 billion in the third quarter of 2002.
