New formal request for information to Denmark on possible obstacles to foreign investment in Copenhagen airports

Brussels, 05/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission decided to send an additional formal request for information to the Danish Government concerning possible obstacles to investment for other Member States in Copenhagen Airports. It had already sent a first letter of formal notice to the Danish Government in April 2000 concerning the privatisation of Copenhagen Airports, whose statutes restrict share ownership to 10% at most for all owners other than the Danish...
