Brussels, 21/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - during the first meeting of the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Elysée Treaty on 20 January at the Iéna Palace in Paris, the French Economic and Social Council and the European Economic and Social Council (ESC) organised a meeting between representatives of French and German civil society.
