10/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - Prime Ministers and leading members of the Party of European Socialists have appealed for a solution to the Iraqi crisis by way of the UN and inspections leading to the elimination of weapons of mass destruction. This declaration was made during a summit of around four hours on Wednesday in Downing Street, at the invitation of Tony Blair. Participants also discussed the future of Europe with Vice President of the European Convention, Giuliano Amato.
