04/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), in Lisbon, launched on 4 October at the European Parliament in Brussels, and on the web, its Annual Reports 2002 on: (1) the phenomenon of drugs in the EU and Norway; (2) the situation of drugs in the Countries of Eastern and Central Europe applying for EU membership.
