Debate on Council reform is postponed

Brussels, 24/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - Being on visit to the Middle East on Wednesday with EU Special Envoy Miguel Angel Moratinos, the Secretary General of the Council and High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, did not report to the European Parliament on reform of the Council and transparency. The debate will be held during one of the two May sessions (2 and 3 May in Brussels or from 14 to 17 May in Strasbourg).
