08/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the Macedonian Parliament adopted the law on amnesty and CFSP High Representative Javier Solana welcomed this "brave step towards peace, stability and reconciliation". The law removes any uncertainty that still remained on the determination of the authorities and citizens to close the crisis and conflict chapter, said Mr Solana.
