Through its subsidiary SWISS POST INTERNATIONAL, Switzerland's LA POSTE has taken a 30% share in Italy's parcels and logistics company PORTA A PORTA. SWISS POST INTERNATIONAL has also negotiated the option to buy a majority stake in the next two to three years.
