Germany's SCHERING has acquired the remaining 40% of the French laboratory CIS BIO INTERNATIONAL for an undisclosed sum from AREVA (nuclear products) following SCHERING's acquisition in 2000 of 60% of the company which develops and markets nuclear medical diagnostic products and products for the treatment of cancer.
