06/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Belgian EU Presidency is organising, on 8 November in Brussels, a seminar on road safety entitled "Slow down to save lives". Belgian Transport Minister Isabelle Durant will on this occasion present a study on the attitude of the Belgians towards fast driving.
