In Italy, the company ILTE (FARINA group) has acquired 60% of the capital of SIGMA MOORE (Italian group MARTELLA and American MOORE CORPORATION), an Italian company specialised in digital variable data printing. The operation was concluded for a sum close to EUR 13 million. SIGMA MOORE made a turnover of around EUR 28 million in 2001 and employs 220.
