ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

The data processing services company GEDAS, a subsidiary of German VOLKSWAGEN, has acquired the Parisian company STI (annual turnover EUR 24 million with 320 employed). The new entity, GEDAS FRANCE-STI, which has 550 employed, is expected to make a turnover of EUR 70 million this year.
