21/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - Markku Mottonen of the Finnish Federation of the Partially-Sighted was reported in La Libre Belgique to welcome the replacement of Finnish banknotes by euro banknotes since the latter are easier to distinguish. (European organisations of the blind and partially-sighted were consulted during the design process for euro notes and coins.)
