21/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - Jean Lemierre, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), said during a forum on enlargement, organised on Thursday in Vienna, that the slowdown in the world economy should not delay the European Union's enlargement process eastward.
