ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) assistance

MONDIAL ASSISTANCE (804 million euro turnover in 2000), held by Germany's ALLIANZ, has paid an undisclosed amount for the Australian assistance and services company WORLDCARE ASSIST (annual turnover of some 12 million euro with 100 employees).
