The complementary insurance group MEDERIC has taken a 15% stake in BAYARDWEB, so far held solely by BAYARD and SUEZ. The remainder of the capital, or 85%, is now held by the holding company pooling SUEZ and BAYARD at 50-50. MEDERIC, moreover, has an option to buy a further 10% of the capital.
