In France, FOCAL has taken a 100% stake in the computer services company GREEN INFORMATIQUE (expected turnover this year of FF 170 million, with 350 engineers) for an undisclosed amount. Through this purchase, FOCAL should have a turnover of between 122 and 137.2 million euro for the current year.
