France's AUCHAN is, through its subsidiary ISMS - INTERNATIONAL SUPERMARKET STORES, to buy a chain of eleven BILLA supermarkets in Poland. AUCHAN stipulates that it had taken 100% control of the Austrian firm BILLA on Polish territory.
