ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

TPI - TRACTEBEL POWER INC, North American subsidiary of the Belgian TRACTEBEL, increased from 75% to 100% the stake it held in HOPEWELL COGENERATION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a co-generation plant in Virginia. TPI specifies it has bought the remaining 25% from EDISON MISSION ENERGY for an undisclosed sum.
