ING LEASE HOLDING has sold its commercial unit IEM - ING LEASE INTERNATIONAL EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT, specialised in the leasing of aircraft and the management of aircraft fleets for third persons, to ABBEY NATIONAL WHOLESALE BANK (British group ABBEY NATIONAL).
