ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) security

The surveillance company GROUP 4 SECURITAS has successively acquired the Belgian groups BELSON SECURITY and DE VRIEZE & CO, which install alarms. The operation allows GROUP 4 to pursue its expansion strategy. Both societies acquired have a cumulated annual turnover of BF 110 million.
