ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) privatisations

- Spain: SEPI (Société d'Etat de Participations Industrielles) has received three offers for the acquisition of 24.9% of ENCE, a paper pulp producer undergoing privatisation. The first comes from BANCO ZARAGOZANO, BANKINTER and CAIXA GALICIA; the second from BANCO PASTOR, FORESGAL and SILVANUS; and the third from the Portuguese paper group PORTUCEL.
