07/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission adopted the "Clean air for Europe" programme that, by 2004, should lead to a strategy aimed at effectively combating air pollution. EUROPE will return to this programme, which is the first thematic programme announced in the draft 6th action programme for the environment, presented by the Commission.
