ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) leisure industry

The French holiday residence group PIERRE & VACANCES has signed a partnership agreement providing for the creation of a joint venture controlled equally with the MEDGROUP. The latter is held at 90% by SOROS REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, an investment fund of financier George Soros, and the remainder by Spanish operator Jordi Robinat.
