ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

Spanish bank BSCH - BANCO SANTANDER CENTRAL HISPANO has bought up 3.4% of the capital of the Spanish telecommunications company AUNA, which brings its stake to 4.5%. The main AUNA shareholders are ENDESA (28%), TELECOM ITALIA (27%) and UNION FENOSA (17%).
