Belgian mobile operator MOBISTAR has climbed to 100% in the capital of DEBITEL BELGIQUE, of which it already held 20%. The other shareholders, namely German DEBITEL AG (SWISSCOM group) and Belgian SAIT-STENTO, have in fact recently sold their stakes (32% and 48% respectively) to the FRANCE TELECOM subsidiary.
