The German group DEPFA - DEUTSCHE PFANDBRIEF BANK AG (net revenue of EUR 112 million for the first nine months of 2000), a private banks specialised in real estate and State financing, foresees the scission of its structure into two distinct companies (real estate assets, on the one hand, and State financing, on the other), which will be separately quoted on the stock market after the division of the group in 2002.
