The financial group JUBEN HOLDING has just paid ELYO and the Dutch bank ABN AMRO FF 505 million for SEEM, subsidiary of CHARBONNAGES DE FRANCE, with the goal of becoming the largest co-generating operator in France. SEEM's assets comprise, among others, the co-generation firm CLIMADEF (annual turnover of FF 380 million) and SOMESYS (annual turnover of FF 330 million).
