ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computer technology

The French firm AUSY (67.3 million turnover in 2000), specialised in "computer technology and computer management" has just bought, on the one hand, ONSITE GROUP and, on the other, two subsidiaries of the group ACTIF FRANCE, all active in Belgium and Luxembourg. These firms have 130 collaborators with a turnover of close to 11.4 million euro in 2000.
